About the Event
Join Director of Museum Affairs Tom Guiler and Director of Buildings and Grounds, Mike Colmey, Wed, Jun 29, for a very special Architecture and Historic Preservation tour of the Oneida Community Mansion House. Watch Mike and Tom on OCTV!
Guests will explore the exterior of the Mansion House and the Kenwood neighborhood by foot, learning about architectural styles and hear stories of the people who designed, built, and inhabited these structures from the 19th century to the present.
In addition, guests will learn about the multi-million dollar historic preservation project going on at the Mansion House and see first hand all that goes into preserving this 160 year old structure!
The tour will end at the Oneida Community Golf Club for a happy hour reception and conversation with Mike and Tom.
One free beverage and hors d'oeuvres provided by Lakeside Landing to all ticket holders.
Tour from 4-5:30, followed by happy hour from 5:30-?
