Preservation in Action:
The Phase 2 Preservation Project “Saving the Mansion House: Public Access and Roof Repairs” will repair the iconic front porch, replace leaky roofs, build an accessible ramp for year-round use, repair brick facades, and add gutters to mitigate the damage caused by water, snow and ice.

$1.8M Phase 1 Preservation Project:
Over the last 160 years, the Mansion House has retained its "good bones," but there has been wear and tear: roof leaks, failing masonry, damaged trim work, and missing and damaged slate tile. To remedy these issues the Phase 1 project addressed:
