The Oneida Community Mansion House is a National Historical Landmark where we offer guests a unique and affordable alternative to mainstream hotels. With a relaxed and social feel, our private rooms have access to communal spaces and include a complimentary tour of our museum. 

 

Each beautiful guest room can accommodate two guests with well-appointed features that include high ceilings, tall windows with views of our beautiful grounds and courtyard, free Wi-Fi, private bath with amenities, mini-fridge, and more.  

We strive to bring travelers, outdoor enthusiasts and adventure seekers together in a unique and historic community setting.  Our guests will enjoy a shared lounge, breakfast bar and library to relax or mingle with like-minded people.  Whether returning from a long day of skiing, cycling, golf, sightseeing, or business, you can always come back to the Mansion House for quiet time and enjoy your own cozy sanctuary.

OVERNIGHT STAYS

In the best interest of our employees and resident community, and in compliance with directives from New York State, we are pausing all overnight reservations through May 15, 2020 at the Oneida Community Mansion House.

 

Cancellation Information

For Stays Booked Through May 15, 2020:

Your reservation(s) will be cancelled automatically and without penalty; there is no need for you to take action.  An email confirming your cancellation will automatically be sent.

 

For Stays Booked for May 16 or after:

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please either email twalker@oneidacommunity.org with your name and confirmation number

or call 315-363-0745.

 

If you call, please know that due to minimal staffing at this time your call may be received by a voice message service.  Please leave a message with your name, reservation number and contact number so we can return your call as soon as possible.

 

We look forward to welcoming you back to the Oneida Community when we reopen.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm.

We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available. Late check-ins are welcome until 9:00 pm. If you know you will be arriving later than 9:00 pm, you MUST let us know in advance so we can make arrangements for a staff member to let you in the building.  

 

Check-out time is 11:00 am. 

Late check-out requests MUST be made in advance and only if room occupancy allows.

 

Our quiet hours are from 11:00 pm - 8:00 am.

Free parking and a complimentary, lite breakfast are available to all our overnight guests.

 

Guests are also welcome to a guided or self-guided tour of our museum.  If you opt for our guided tour, these tours begin at 10:00 am & 2:00 pm and require advance notice.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover credit cards, cheques & cash for payment.   You must have a valid credit card to reserve a room.  Payment for your stay is made when you check-in.

Terms & Conditions

Our property has a policy of No Smoking and No Pets. If you are found to be in violation of either of these, you will be assessed a $200 fee.

All guest rooms are located on the first floor. Our Suite is located on the third and fourth floor and is NOT handicap accessible.

 

There is no bellhop or Valet service.

 

No hourly rates available.

 

Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of $10 and may take up to 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.

 

We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.

Payment Policy

Our rates are all-inclusive, based on double occupancy and include a complimentary, lite breakfast. There are no additional taxes, fees or hidden surcharges. Direct reservations are confirmed by payment of your first-night stay.

 

Cancellation Policy

As we are a small, independent business, cancellations affect us greatly.  Therefore, all cancellations are subject to a minimum $25 per booked room cancellation fee and are treated as follows: 

  • If Cancelled 10 days PRIOR to check-in date, No Charge will be applied. 

  • If a cancellation is made LESS than 10 days of check-in date, there will be a 100% charge plus minimum $25 per booked room cancellation fee OR based on our ability to resell your room(s), the 100% charge will not be applied.
