Madison County historian Matthew Urtz to discuss his new book- Free Event

Madison County Historian Matthew Urtz will be speaking about his new book “Honoring World War Casualties of Madison County, New York” at the Oneida Community Mansion House.

Urtz will talk about the research process and a few individuals who were not included in the book.
