• Meals
• Overnight lodging Friday & Saturday night
• Exclusive guided tour of Museum textile collection
• Sewing in the historic Big Hall

Retreat package pricing:

• Full Bed $400
• Queen Bed $450
• King Bed $500
• 2 Twin Beds $350 - Pricing for this room is per person - must have 2 people to book this room type.

Details:

• Sit-and-sew style retreat.
• Tables, irons, and ironing boards provided.
• Pricing per person for both nights lodging. One quilter per room other than rooms with 2 twin beds. First come first serve.
• Meals include: light continental breakfast, salad/sandwich lunch, buffet dinner.
• Space is limited to 15 quilters.
• Check-in between 3-6pm on Friday Janauary 26th, check out by 3pm Sunday January 28th.

In the event of cancellation:

• Please make your cancellation in writing (email is fine. you can expect a response within 48 hours.) All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee.
• Cancellations 90 days before the start of the retreat will receive a full refund (less processing fee).
• Cancellations 89-30 days before the start of the retreat will receive a 50% refund (less the processing fee).
• There is no refund for cancellations received less than 30 days before the start of the retreat – no exceptions.
