Quilting Retreat Session 1

Join us for a quilting retreat in the historic Big Hall! This sit-and-sew style retreat is the perfect getaway for you and your friends. 

Session 1: January 19-22, 2025

Package Includes :

• Meals
• Overnight lodging
• Exclusive guided tour of Museum textile collection (optional)
• In-depth museum tour (optional)
• Sewing in the historic Big Hall

Retreat package pricing:

• Full Bed $425
• Queen Bed $450
• King Bed $475
• 2 Twin Beds $400 - Pricing for these rooms are per person - must have 2 people to book this room type.

Locals, don’t want to stay the night?

Price $250 - includes lunch & dinner

Details:

• Sit-and-sew style retreat.
• Sewing demonstrations and vendors TBD
• Tables, irons, and ironing boards, and cutting boards provided.
• Pricing per person for lodging. One quilter per room other than rooms with 2 twin beds. First come first serve.
• Meals include: light continental breakfast, salad/sandwich lunch, buffet dinner. Please inform us of any necessary dietary accommodations in advance!
• Space is limited to 16 quilters.
• Check-in any time after noon Sunday, check out by 3pm Wednesday.

In the event of cancellation:

• Please make your cancellation in writing (email is fine. you can expect a response within 48 hours.) All cancellations are subject to a $50 fee.
• Cancellations 90 days before the start of the retreat will receive a full refund (less $50 fee).
• Cancellations 89-30 days before the start of the retreat will receive a 50% refund (less the $50 fee).
• There is no refund for cancellations received less than 30 days before the start of the retreat – no exceptions.
