  • We are a small, independent Inn and cancellations affect us greatly.  All cancellations are subject to a minimum $25 per booked room cancellation fee and are treated as follows: 

  • If cancelled 7 days PRIOR to check-in date, No Charge will be applied. 

  • If cancelled LESS than 7 days prior to check-in date, there will be a 100% charge plus the minimum $25 per booked room cancellation fee. Based on our ability to resell your room(s), the 100% charge may not be applied.​ 

Terms & Conditions 

  • There is no bellhop or valet service.

  • No hourly rates available.

  • Our property is a No Smoking and No Pets facility. If you are found to be in violation of either of these, you will be assessed a $200 fee. 

  • Please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure. Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of $20 and may take up to 30 days to receive.

  • Guests will be charged for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.
